These last 2 weeks have been very hard work, but the mooring and therapeutic garden are beginning to take shape. See photo diary. The garden aims to strike a balance between conserving local wildlife and habitats whilst providing a peaceful mooring where people can come to learn Reiki.
Bird Watching
A friend once said, meditation for him was sitting quietly watching the birds. It has taken a while for word to get round, but now feathered friends are visiting the wildlife feeding station several times a day. And I sit silently, watching them.
Animals Like Reiki too
Unexpected visitors came a-calling at the reiki-sanctuary today. Animals can benefit from Reiki Healing, just as much as people and plants.
Blessed to be living in Sanctuary
Blessed to be living in this wonderful Sanctuary. Heron in the lake, buzzard circling overhead, and all the usual garden birds munching the goodies I put out for them earlier. Hard to believe it’s only 10 miles to the bustling city centre of Stoke-on-Trent.
